Badgers in garden help!!!!?

Hi all. Tricky one here. We have a Badger set at the top of our garden. They are welcome to stay even though they do dig the garden up and remove the flowers from their pots. I have just been up the garden to the patio area and noticed that the low brick wall has got large pieces missing! In some areas it has parts that look as something has grazed accross the top. But! one of the bricks (house brick) has a large corner piece missing which is about 20% of the brick. Could this be the Badger! Or do you know were i can find out what the hell has caused this.

I have a mare due in June and I really want to see her give birth. I feel that I have a good bond with her. I sometimes feel that its stronger then with any dog that I have. Free market of United States?

I learned this from my state government state's attorney general's office. United States is a "FREE" market so any and all merchants and/or businesses can make any rules (thoroughly and carefully) designed in their favor as long as it's not outrageoulsy ridiculous crossing the legal line subject to interpretation, and they can ask you to sign under their rules to proetect and guarantee their business' interest or refuse their business. Why am I always falling to sleep?

Here's the deal. I'm never tired but when I get board or when something doesn't hold my attention I immediately fall to sleep. I get plenty of sleep at night, I exercise and eat right, I don't have kids, I'm not over weight and I don't feel tired. If I am doing things all day I am totally fine. My sister is 5 and i am 15. it started when i was sat with me sister on my lap as she was crying after she fell over. And then she said i need to go PEEE PEEE. She had fallen over and hurt and really badly grazed her knee so my dad asked me if i could carry her to the toilet. And this obviously took to long as half way up the stairs she starts wailing and i look down and she has peed all over herself and me. We bathed her and then i took a shower. But then after it healed, she had got too lazy and asked to be carried around everywhere. Me, my mom, my dad and 12 year old brother started to get a bit reluctent to do it. Then one day, she was sat in the garden and my brother was off school as i had exams and she just said CHELSEY I NEED TO GO POOP and i said well go then and she said she didnt need to go anymore. My mom and dad were inside and then 5 minutes later she runs up the stairs into her room and she has pooped herself. So we bathed her again. But now, she wont use the toilet or feed herself. She is very lazy and everytime she pees or poops herself we have to clean her up so she doesnt get infections. She does ot at school too. What shall we do as a family?

How do I stop my 10 month old English Mastiff from chewing herself to mutilation?

Is there a good skin conditioner to use that might help? She really did a number on her hind quarters a couple weeks ago, and the vet bill was not cheap. She's almost completely healed now, but still has to wear her E-collar, or she tries to chew those places again. I changed her food to something that has no grain, thinking she might be allergic (dogs don't "graze" anyway, so I don't see why you'd feed one something a cow would eat.) The only thing I would say is that you use the word 'walls' to often so try another word such as defences or inhibitions. Long, irregular periods,infertility, and severe pelvic/lower abdominal pain?

Hi, first off this is a little embaring to discuss, I'm Lacey, 23 yrs old. I have been dealing with irregular periods since I started around the age of 15. They have never been normal or steady. I did not lose my virginity until I was around 19, however I had been experiencing severe abdominal pains, heavy/irregular periods that kept me from school that should have no relation to STDs since I wasn't ually active at the time. I ate healthy, didn't drink or smoke(until the past couple years) so these factors dont seem likely reasons for my problems in my teens. Throughout the past few years I have suffered from physical and ual abuse. I went through multiple s, but due to fears never went to get checked out until about 6 months ago. The GYN said I had chlamydia, as well as a sensitive cervix that bleeds when barely grazed o_O. I was treated for the chlamydia and the GYN never found anything else wrong. After treatment, my problems have persisted. I have never done an ultrasound, although I feel it would be beneficial to discovering what could be wrong. I was with my exfiance for 3 years, and shortly after we hooked up we stopped using protection because I am allergic to latex(but only down there, weird) and I have never been pregnant. My current partner whom I have been with off and on over the past year and a half dont use condoms and I have never gotten pregnant. I may have infertility problems related to my irregular periods and severe abdominal pain. There is also a possibility that I was molested as a child by one of my mothers boyfriends at that time, but I have suppressed too many memories to remember clearly, although I used to have detailed night terrors about him and different things. There is also a history of cervical cancer in my family that my grandmother ped away from, my mother was diagnosed with it but was treated early on, and my older sister was diagnosed with it and treated early on. In my last checkup there were no abnormal cells related to cervical cancer present. I really don't know what this could be, and don't expect to find the perfect answer on this site, but help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

19 years old, am I a loser?

Hello Yahoo Answers. So I just have a simple question to ask all of you, do you think I'm a loser? Here's the low down on myself. I graduated high school last year (2010) and decided to take a year off to save money for college and just relax. However things didn't go as smoothly as I thought they would. You see, first of all this job I work at hasn't been going well. I began working at this place (a movie-theater) just before graduation and since day 1 no one has liked me there. In fact, I seem to be scaring both my co-workers and the customers/guests away on a daily basis. Now I have made an effort to find another job, but I have largely been unsuccessful and thus I'm unhappy to report that I have been scaring my co-workers and other people away for well over a year now. In fact, I think I've developed a sort of social stigma as a lot of people began giving me dirty looks in my community/neighborhood (this movie-theater is just a few blocks away from home. I've also had people yell obscenities at me when I walk down the street). I only work part time and hours fluctuate from nothing to well over 20 per week. I also still live with my parents, but I'm planning on pursuing a 4 year degree starting this fall (hooray 3 months!). I don't get out much and I only see my friends every so often. I also play a lot of video games. I'm currently doing some job hunting on craigslist as that seems to garner better results. I will quit my current job before college starts. I have an 8 acre plot of lannd by a lake (enough?) I am trying to start in the cattle business in the near future. I'm in the process of designing and building the farm, barn, and fields for grazing. I am 21, 5'6" and 107lbs and I work out at least once a day. I LOVE to eat. I graze throughout the day but when I have a big meal my stomach bloats and I look like I'm pregnant! What Would You Feed A Horse?

We're planning on getting a horse and my dad wants to make sure we're feeding it the right food. I think we just need to make sure it has fresh water, a salt lick, and hay/grazing pasture. Here's the tip I found has actually improved my writing the most: hide it. Hide it somewhere you'll find it in six months or a year. Don't search it out. Don't think about where you might have put it. After all that time has ped, after having read another author, after having written other things, then you can read it as if it weren't your own, and hopefully you'll have a better understanding of what is wrong with that. (BTW a single kit in a litter isn't something to be proud of for a cat)

Strangles vaccine side effects?

I just gave my horse his strangles vaccine yesterday, I wasn't sure if he had ever had it because the previous owner never gave it to him but she didn't know if the people she bought him from had. So to be safe I followed the instructions for vaccinating for the first time and gave him 1ml in the neck. What are the side effects of this vaccine? He is not swollen at all, he is a little lethargic but he was acting really different from normal i.e. breathing kinda hard and being a LOT friendlier than he usually is. I can tell he's a little sore, he didn't wanna put his neck down to graze so I just hand fed him... Is this all normal and how long will it last?

The oil might just cause more pimples/blackheads. Leave alone or use benzoyl peroxide on it since it is anti-infective and will help dry/heal the pimple.

Burning a DVD using HP computer with Windows Vista?

I'm trying to burn a DVD using my computer. The program I have been using is Windows Movie Maker then that proceeds to Windows DVD Maker. The DVD's I'm using are HP Invent DVD+RW 4x Blank discs. Every time I try to burn the DVD it works on my DVD player but the movie skips for long periods of time. Is it the program I am using or could it be the type of DVD I'm using? Any suggestions? Also I have been burning these DVD's at the slowest possible speed to try to prevent the skipping, but that hasn't helped.

What kind of Knee injury have I got?

Wednesday before last, I fell over whilst I was running. My hands took most of the impact but I fell front faced onto my right knee whilst it was bent. There was no swelling at all but a little graze. The next day I had a sharp pain in my knee whenever I bent it. Sitting with my knee bent still doesn't hurt, but moving it does. I have been to see a doctor and they prescribed my with physiotherapy exercises to do for a fortnight, which i have been doing twice per day so far since Monday. However the pain- which feels as if its beneath the knee cap is still there and it won't go away. I have done minimal exercise and have been hobbling around because it hurts to climb the stairs. I have been researching my knee pain and I can't agree with any injuries I have read up about online since my knee doesnt give way. Does anyone think they can give me a second opinion and any further advice I should take?

How do I get over a cheater?

You can't tell her to stop hanging around your friend. They're going to hang around no matter what. If they listen, that's something new. You can't just "get over" certain things. That stuff takes time. Just don't see her anymore, don't hang around the places she hangs around. Find new things. Play video games, read comics, surf, skate board, learn to play a mandolin, paint pictures, etc. Do something to get your mind off of her. Don't hang around the friends she hangs around. I don't think your friend was a bad friend, whoever did tell you was being honest. I just don't recommend you hang around that person if you have such a problem with your ex hanging around them. Sounds like nothing but trouble. You can't "own" friends and tell them who not to hang around/who to be friends with.

Can't put alot of weight on Knee, Difficulty walking?

I own a horse and I was bringing him in from the field yesterday. Just as we got onto the yard a huge clap of thunder was right overhead and he spooked. He ran into me knocking me down to the floor. I Have grazes up my left side around my lower back area so I fell backwards onto my bum however my right knee is in pain!? I think what may have happened is when he has ran into me he has hit my knee with either his knee or his hoof (He doesn't have any shoes on so no metal came into contact with me). When I tried to stand up iimmediatelyafter I couldn't put any weight on it at all but 5 mins later i could walk on my toes of my right foot. I got home and had a warm shower and put my knee oon topof a cushion to keep it elevated also have an elastic tight bandage round it for support. I can put some weight on it but I wouldn't be able to stand on one leg as my knee would buckle underneath me. Should I go to the doctors or Hospital or is this just a small knee injury that a bit of rest would solve?? Thanks

I really like this story! Nasir Jones is mostly wrong. You do have a lot of awesome description and word choice, and that's great! However, in a couple places, it did seem like you were trying too hard. But, those places could easily be fixed, because the reason it seems like you're trying too hard is just because not all of the writing is on the same level. Your word choice and descriptions- amazing. Your grammar use and sentence structure- sub par. The only reason the word choice seems like too much is because it is better quality then the grammar you use. You have several grammar mistakes, run-on sentences, and a couple of sentence fragments. But, those are really easily fixed. Once your grammar use matches up to the amazing level of description you use, it won't seem awkward anymore and will be a really good story that I would definitely want to read on.

Hi Gold Diamond, I believe you will be fine. The sides of the neck have several usually small lymph nodes that are not noticeable. ANYTHING that causes an infection in the nose or throat or head area commonly causes inflammation. Rarely is it cancer, especially in a young woman such as you. Each lymph node contains many protective lymphocytes which rapidly increase and are the body's protective response. As the lymphocytes increase, they stretch the tight capsule of the node and often cause pain with enlargement. As the infection begins to disappear, the nodes will slowly shrink again, often taking 6 to 8 weeks, Cancer does not "shrink" as you have experienced. Hence I believe you have a slowly shrinking, returning to normal lymph node. You probably know that lung conditions such as asthma and bronchitis can easily lead to infection from time to time.

Someone called me claiming to be an old friend and it sounded like they were using a voice disguiser?

i got a call from a state that i used to live in, and the person that called me claimed they were my ex, kevin. kevin now lives in california and he said he was back in oklahoma and i noticed the voice sounded like someone had been using one of those machines that disguise voices (you know, like those ones on the movies where criminals are talking to the police and disguising their voice?) well i said that his voice sounded weird and his response was that he thought it was the reception. about 15 minutes later, i was curious and decided to call the number back and it said it was disconnected and no longer in service..? what im thinking is that someone called pretending to be him and disguised their voice, and used a fake number so their's wouldnt pop up on my caller id. kevin and i havent talked in a very long time, and we have no reason to because i am now married and pregnant and have no contact with him at all. and im 100% positive that he woulnt have my home phone number, and i also dont live in oklahoma anymore, and im sure he has no idea where i live now. how could someone disguise their voice and use a bogus number to pop up on my caller id? what do you think is going on?

Good ground manners, but bad saddle manners. help?

I have a 7 year old paint. He has great great GREAT ground manners. Very respectful, playful, doesn't push bite kick and is good for farriers and vets. I have never had problems with him. But he has a lot of energy because i ffeed him extra food, hay, and weight builder. So if i leave for more then a few days he gets very very hyper and not safe to ride. But i free lunge until he has worked very very very very hard and then hose him off and let him graze after he has cooled off. But otherwise if i free lunge him on a normal day he runs to the far corner and stops. and wont move no matter what i do. And then he throws kicks occasionally so i lunge him on a line and he pulls and yanks but behaves much better. And so he gets a lot of energy out. But when i get in the saddle he walks nicely and trots quickly and eventually canters beautifully. Its after we're done with the work out that i get trouble from him. When i stop the canter and tell him to walk it out he goes in the middle and stops so i make him walk forward and he yanks and backs up so i circle him and continue on my way but then he runs me into fences and try to take off and ever reared a couple times. This is a completely new habit. I have had him since October. He wont even walk on the trail anymore. I need help. He needs to quit it. Ive been working with him and he has stopped some bad habits but he learns to avoid discipline. I need some help? im using a kimberwick bit.

Ok i deleted my last question because some people seem to be a bit snobby when it comes to horses. My question is how should i get my horse who i believe is injured to come to me. He loves to play at pasture and has come to me countless time with sore muscles and i have respectfully groomed him, hosed him off , and let him graze in fresh gr. and do simple ground work, he isnt very respectful but i have been eagerly working on it and i have seen good improvement. He is always uncontrollable when i come home from a trip. So i came home yesturday from a week away. for the first time since i bought him i spent two unsuccessful hours in the pasture trying to catch him. i approached slowly but then he would bolt when i got close. I played with the other horses trying to make him jelous which used to always work and he ignored it. When i left his hind legs were sore and a women who had her horse for over ten years told me that his hind legs werent going all the way forward. She told me not to panic and to call the vet if it was still there when i came back. I asked her if she could keep an eye on him while i was gone and she did. Yes when i come back from a trip i usually lunge for about ten minutes and he will get a bit sweaty but it takes a lot more then that to tire my horse out. If its cool out i take him for a ride after that not working him much if he isnt up to it. (but he is always overly eager to run) I have been working with him and i left for a week to make mends with family. He is now in his own little pen and i plan on calling out the vet today. But i need to catch my horse for the vet to see him so can someone kindly please tell me something that might help. Ive tried treats and apples. Anything else you may recomend?

I have a question about feeding my horse grain. I have a 7 year Thoroughbred mare who im wanting to start up on grain. What to do about former step dad coming in my wife and I house.?

My wife and I are 27 years old. Her mom married this guy named Shawn thirteen years ago-they divorced three years later (ten yrs ago). Shawn is in the National Guard and he is crazy about my mother-in-law. He goes to training facilities for a couple of months at a time, we get a lot of peace then. Basically before my wife and I got married (2 years ago) she had car troubles and I went and financed a new car for her through a family dealership (no relation to Shawn). In between moving and jobs we weren't able to pay a payment on time and Shawn went up there and paid the $1400.00 remaining on the car and now he has the title. Keep in mind we weren't late, up for repo, and we had already paid $2600.00 on it. Can they just hand our money over to a stranger like that (by giving him the title). Now were getting to the problem, he has that title. He also paid a several hundred dollar doctor bill for my wife. We now both have jobs and are making good money. Every since he did this for her, he has been coming over three, four times a day-being weird. Telling her to look at his "pretty six pack" that he SO doesn't have. Keep in mind my wife is helping me type this-these feeling are mutual among us. Also he tells her she can't go with me to certain places because she's got to spend time with him. He will steal my seat when I go to the bathroom to sit by her. When he does if she manages to scoot away from him he will rattle paper at her and whisper "Come sit by me!" -WeirD?!? The other day he said we could go to this park and children get a discount, he told me and my wife that we should all dress me up like a baby, then he told me to do my baby voice/impression-Like anyone else I told him "Na I'm good.." and my wife and I didn't even laugh but he felt as though that was hilarious. When we are together and taking a nap, she will tell him, "I WILL TALK TO YOU WHEN I GET UP" and he comes over/calls anyway, and disregards the nap. He knocks with no breaks, just a rapid-"KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK ctd ctd ctd ctd" until we answer! He has called her a ***** before, if he doesn't get his way he sulks and leaves.. Biggest of all, my wife vaguely remembers him coming in her room that time her mom and him were together (3 small years) he came in my wife's rooms who was only 13 at the time, and but his hand on her back, and began to leave the room and grazed her womanhood below. Keep in mind my mother-in-law said the weirdest thing of all was how he would stand there as she would bathe or use the bathroom, just gazing. Weird. But he isn't respecting us as ADULTS who are MARRIED in our own PAID OFF HOUSE (my deceased father left me) I don't know if he is jealous, obsessed, or what. If he didn't have that title-WHICH HE SHOULDN'T have I would tell him off but my wife is scared because he has that title with 2400 $ of our vehicle equity and she is afraid of what may happen. Things to do to keep yourself busy at the farm?

I've been super bored, so I plan on spending a good long time at the barn tomorrow, and I need some ideas of what to do to keep myself busy, lol. I keep ******* up in life.?

Well basically I'm 14 and keep ******* up and I have no idea how to stop and sort myself out. It started with cutting a few years back and then I started to O.D. Yesterday I was out with friends and had my first drinking experience drunk a 1/4 of a bottle of vodka was okay but later blacked out and went unconscious for 3 hours and have a grazed face and by tomorrow a black eye... I'm not someone that eats a lot. I graze throught the day. I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. I like more natural healthy foods as opposed to processed healthy foods like 100 calorie packs. I dont eat meat or drink milk. I do eat dairy products but not often. I'm very active daily and do go to the gym about 3 times a week. I usually skip breakfast because I'm not hungry, a lot of times I make myself eat some fruit. Then I usually go for hours without eating. And sometimes I get busy and just not eat all day. Like ill have something for breakfast then ill get busy and forget to eat. I'm actually pretty about eating healthy and natural. I eat junk food but I dont like too. And I really only do it with other people because they want to. I dont count calories, if I look at the packaging its to see the vitamins and protine in it. I'm 19, 5'9, and I weight about 150. I think I'm fine. I'd love to tone up more but I dont want to loose weight.

Many of us go to church every sunday "for fellowship" we rush for the best parkins and seats and we sit and listen for 1-2 hrs wouldn't it be better to use that time to work at soup kitchen or volunteer at a hospital. What if all the churches instead of having service went out and helped others for an hour go volunteer at a hospital help your neighbor fix his roof, read to the elderly, comfort a widow. Jesus said when you help one of my followers you are helping me. wouldn't that be closer to Jesus' message of loving god and your neighbor instead of listening to some guy talk about his interpretation of the bible. Today I put my horse in a different pen from her normal one (down the road) to one behind my house. I've been doing this for about a week, to let her graze with two other horses who the neighbors own. Today I noticed her scratching her neck, sides, and rump on a small pine tree in the pen. I walked her away from it because she was scratching up her neck, but she literally ran back and started rubbing again. Ive never seen her do this before, is there something cause it, or is she just bored?

I have recurring dreams sometimes :) For me, there are 2 types- dreams that literally happen again, or dreams that are somewhat different that happen in the same place and the dream before is like history. (If that makes sense) Sometimes, I like to use scented candles and stuff before I go to bed, and that helps! It may very well be a stress dream, with like, a trigger during the day. Try and think of what happens the day of the dream, and write it down to see if you can find a pattern :) Good luck!

I had the weirdest pregnancy dream last night , any interpretations?

I dreamt last night that i was staying in a house for pregnant ppl and I was so pregnant that my stomach was hard and I could see the little hands and feet when the baby moved. The house I was in, I didnt live there, it was like a hotel for when you are gonna give birth. I was just waiting on the contractions and birth to start. I enjoyed seeing my belling and feeling it in the dream, but something felt weird about it. Finally I was gonna give birth but I never had any pain and ( this is the weird part) It was a bug. A veryt small cricket/ centepede type bug but I loved it like it was a baby, Like it wasnt a bug. I already have one little boy , he will be 3 and I am geting married in a week and I will be a step mom to 3 older kids and I still would like to have another child with my new husband, but he has a vasectomy so we will have to come up with the 5,000 dollars to have that reversed before we can try for a baby. Normally my dreams dont bother me, but this one worried me, nd made me excited all at the same time. Any thoughts?

I'm not someone that eats a lot. I graze throught the day. I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. I like more natural healthy foods as opposed to processed healthy foods like 100 calorie packs. I dont eat meat or drink milk. I do eat dairy products but not often. I'm very active daily and do go to the gym about 3 times a week. I usually skip breakfast because I'm not hungry, a lot of times I make myself eat some fruit. Then I usually go for hours without eating. And sometimes I get busy and just not eat all day. Like ill have something for breakfast then ill get busy and forget to eat. I'm actually pretty about eating healthy and natural. I eat junk food but I dont like too. And I really only do it with other people because they want to. I dont count calories, if I look at the packaging its to see the vitamins and protine in it. I'm 19, 5'9, and I weight about 150. I think I'm fine. I'd love to tone up more but I dont want to loose weight.

my appetite comes and goes and sometimes im only eating because i know the baby needs the nutrients. i dont eat big meals though, i eat little and often which helps. maybe you should try that instead of having three meals a day.

I doubt it makes much of a difference. Protein does get broken down slower than most carbs so I'll say carbs first so you get hungry and then take in the protein. Eggs contain more fat than protein so it's not an ideal protein choice than meats.

Your puppies are just happy to see you :) When you're gone make sure they have enough food/water/toys/etc. to entertain themselves with. They will grow accustomed to your schedule. Be sure to take them out often too! Border collies are a LOT of work, and have a lot of energy!
