Help with a poetry ysis, please...?

I am doing a poetry ysis for school, and there is one line I am really stuck on the interpretation for it... it is : "Let go of the ache and run. Race with the river’s current" They way I thing it interprets is kinda 'go with the flow' sort of thing, but when I think more about it, that doesn't seem to fit... So, yeah, not too sure... Anybody else have any thoughts on what it could be. They would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! :)
