Can anyone of any age in Canada rent any rating of movie? (except A, of course)?

The ratings are supposed to be for both theaters and stores; so, if a film is 18A, you'll need to be 18 to get it (at least according to the rating). It depends on the store itself if the ratings system is to be enforced. They can enforce it or not, it's their choice (though most do).
